EnviroWines ® is an internationally registered trademark, including the European Union (also United Kingdom), United States of America and South Africa. The following classes are included:
- Class 32 – Alcohol free wine, low alcohol wine, mixtures of wines and fruit juices.
- Class 33 – Wines; alcoholic beverages containing wines.
- Class 35 – Wholesale and retail services concerned with, or relating to, alcoholic, low alcohol and non alcoholic beverages, wines and beverages containing wines; promotional services relating to goods for sale in retail outlets; import and export services; business management, business administration, office functions, franchising services, advertising, marketing and publicity services, business consultancy and advisory services included in this class.
